What Mandee Store is

Mandee Store is the customer side of Mandee. The shops in it are real merchants running their counter on Mandee, so the catalog you browse is the one they keep, not a copy uploaded weeks ago. You search, order, follow the delivery, and come back to a cart and a history that are still there. It runs on Android, iOS, desktop and the web.

Three ways to find a thing

Typing a product name is the slowest way to find something you are holding. Mandee Store takes text, voice, or a barcode scan, and all three land in the same result list. Scan the packet you are about to run out of and it resolves to the item a nearby shop actually stocks. Wishlists hold the things you are not buying yet, so a search you did last month does not have to be done again.

From cart to doorstep

Cart, checkout and saved addresses work the way you expect, and the order stays visible after you place it: live tracking shows where it is rather than leaving you to guess. When something is wrong, returns and refunds are part of the same order record, not a separate support conversation. Reviews and ratings sit on the merchant and the item, so the next person searching gets the benefit of what you found out.

Yes. Search accepts typed text, voice, or a barcode scan, and all three return results from the same catalog. Scanning is usually the fastest route when you have the packet in hand and do not know the exact product name.
What happens if I need to return something?
Returns and refunds are handled inside the order itself rather than through a separate channel, so the request stays attached to the record of what you bought. Reviews and ratings are also tied to the order and the merchant.
Can several people order together?
Group orders let more than one person add to a single order before it is placed, which suits a household or an office ordering from the same shop. Subscriptions cover the opposite case — the same order repeating on a schedule.
