Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Tanvrit application (Friendly, Mandee, Swyft, School) or the tanvrit.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Tanvrit Pvt. Ltd. provides a suite of business management applications for Indian small and medium businesses, including point-of-sale (Friendly), business management (Mandee), ride-sharing (Swyft), and education management (School). All apps share a common data layer and are available as per the subscription plan selected.

You must create an account to use the platform. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties. • Notify us immediately at contact@tanvrit.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts registered on behalf of minors are not permitted.

Tanvrit offers a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. • Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests. • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. • Taxes (GST) will be added to applicable invoices as required by Indian law.

You agree not to use the platform to: • Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation. • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity or business. • Collect personal data of third parties without their consent. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our applications. • Use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

All content, code, trademarks, logos, and trade dress on the Tanvrit platform are the exclusive property of Tanvrit Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission. Your business data (products, customers, orders) remains your property. We claim no ownership over data you enter into the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tanvrit Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@tanvrit.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Patna, Bihar. The language of arbitration shall be English. The courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
